Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility
We want you to love your CONOLINE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must have all original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased at a discount greater than 50%
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within the following guidelines:
- Before shipping: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately after placing your order.
- After shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please initiate a return once you receive the package.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@conoline.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.
